AMM: New Targets Identified at the Nyanga Project in Gabon

• Armada Metals Limited has identified multiple preliminary targets at the Nyanga Magmatic Nickel-Copper Project in Gabon, using MobileMT survey data.
• This data has successfully defined additional targets which are consistent with the Company’s regional mapping of the Nyanga Project intrusions.
• Ground based NSAMT surveys are planned to follow up on the highest priority targets in advance of further drilling at the Project.

1. The renewal of permit G5 -150 was formally received on 5th January 2023.
2. The permit is valid for an additional three (3) years from 29th November 2022.
3. Renewal of Permit G5 -150 has resulted in a reduction in the size of the tenement by approximately 18%.
