1AG: $3.7M Debt Facility Secured to Support Carpenters Growth

ALTERRA LIMITED

Alterra has secured a debt facility of up to $3.7M with NAB to advance the Carpenters Project in Western Australia's southwest.
The funds will support the planting of 85 hectares of Hass avocado trees in Stage 3 of the Carpenters Project, taking the total area to almost 100 hectares.
The debt facility is repayable on an interest-only basis for two years and has a maximum 30% debt/equity ratio and annual reporting obligations.

ALTERRA LIMITED

Alterra Ltd achieved a significant milestone with over 20,000 trees in the ground at its 100% owned Carpenters Project in Western Australia’s south-west.
Stage 3 planting program commenced during the quarter and is expected to complete in March 2023.
Carpenters is expected to have close to 100ha of trees, with the first production contribution expected to come from late 2023.
